The meeting was callsd to order at 7:15 P«i-i. by the Chairman
protera, Jeffers. ^pssent were Commissioners Lamb, Maerkel
and Jeffers,, Also present were Mr. Glissman and Polioe Chief
Sinoe a quorum was not present, or possible, discussion center-
ed around the probability of the City council appointing new
neiabers to replace those uho had resigned,,
iir. Lamb moved anci iir, Haerkle seconded that the regular meet-
ing ni£ht be cli^ntjed to the second Wednesday night in the
month* notion carried.
Since, under this change, the June meeting would be only seven
days in the future, it was agreed to disregard that date unless
the chairman pro tea found it advisable to call such meeting.
notion by Lamb, seconded by Haerkle that meeting adjourn.
Motion carried. Meeting adjourned at 7:55 P»l'u
