Meeting called to order 7:30 P. M. January 25, 1960

Mr. E. M. Lesley, Representative of Escondido
Boat and Ski Club, presented letter to Commissioner,
requesting permission to stage Marathon on Augulna
Hedionde Lagoon, Sunday March 13* Mr. Lesley stated
Whitey's Boat Landing would be leased for this event;
also, that Skiers would be permitted room to launch
and ski.
Motion made by Ccauaiisioner Osborne and seconded
by Commissioner Phillips that they be allowed to hold
this event.
Passed Unanimously.
Motion made by Commissioner Qans;
Harbor Commissioner add one member to replace
Commissioner weekswho has moved away.
Proposed Harbor District discussed.
Meeting adjourned.
