CALL TO ORDER was made by Chairman Chriss at 4:05 P.M.
ROLL CALL
Present - Chairman Chriss, Members Ward, Hall, Runzo, Carney,.
Hayes, Sanchez, and Helton.
Absent - Member Mariz.
REVIEW OF WORKSHOP OF JANUARY 19, 1981.
The Committee discussed individually the items outlines in
the summary, drawn up at the Workshop Meeting of January 19,
1981.
GOALS AND OBJECTIVES
Jack Henthorn indicated this is a process that the City
Council goes through annually, in trying to determine how to
allocate the funding for the coming year.
The Committee and Staff discussed the Goals and Objectives,
as outlined in the agenda attachments.
BUDGET PROCESS
Jack Henthorn gave a brief review and introduction to the
budget .
Member Hayes left at 5:27 P.M.
ADJOURNMENT
