DESIGN MANUAL FINAL DRAFT:
Discussion held on changes in final draft of Design Manual with changes made in Chairman's copy.
Motion made by Member Helton to accept amendments to Design Manual as noted in Chairman's copy. Motion seconded by Member Chriss. Motion carried unanimously.
Motion made by Member Hayes to accept Design Manual with changes as noted and forward to Planning Commission. Seconded by Member Runzo. Motion carried unanimously.
REVIEW OF DEVELOPMENT PROPOSALS:
Discussion held on review of development proposals. that in review of development proposals that comittee member Hall will be alternate for reviewing proposals and that Staff member Drew Aitken would be alternate if Building Official, Marty Orenyak, was not available.

COMMERCIAL/RESIDENTIAL REHABILITATION
Staff member Chris Salomone gave verbal report on status of the Commercial/ Residential Rehabilitation Loan Programs. Information item.
OLD BUSINESS:
Meeting time was changed to 5:OO P.M. in Council Chambers. Motion made by Member Hall and seconded by Member Helton. Motion carried unanimously.
As an information item staff stated that Member Chriss would be resigning as a member of the Advisory Committee.
