The Meeting was convened at 8:50 p.m.
The following Conmissioners were present:
Comnissioners Casler, Lewis, Kulchin, Chick and Prescott.
Absent: None.
APPEMVAL OF MINUTES:
Minutes of the Regular Meeting held May 17, 1983,

Conmissioner Casler opened the public hearing at 8:57
p.m. and issued the invitation to speak. Since no one
wished to speak on this matter, the public hearing was closed.
Comissioner Chick expressed concern about locating thi type of business in that area, and he suggested an
industrial-type business would be more conpatible with
the surrounding business.
Comnissioner Casler expressed the opinion that the business would be effectively screened and would not bc
incompatible with the area.
The Conmission adopted the following Resolution:
