CALL TO ORDER:
Chairperson Hayes called the meeting to order at
4:OO p.m.
ROLL CALL:
Present: Chairperson Hayes, Committee Members McCoy, Helton, Rombotis, Densham. Member Mikhael arrived late.
Others Housing and Redevelopment Director, Chris Present: Salomone
Mark Steyaert, Parks and Recreation Parks and Recreation Director, David Bradstreet
PUBLIC COMMENT:
There were no requests to address the committee.
OLD BUSINESS:
SUB-COMMITTEES
Discussion and distribution of committee assignments for sub-committees. Motion to return at the committees next regular meeting with appropriate assignments as discussed.
Chairperson asked that phone numbers of each
person, duties of sub-committee and staff person
as well as the phone number of office.
This item will be returned.
NEW BUSINESS:
2. 14TH YEAR ENTITLEMENT PROJECTS This item taken out of order to allow staff from other department to give presentation since they needed to attend another meeting.
3. CHASE FIELD
Presentation given by Parks and Recreation Department staff member Mark Steyaert and Parks and Recreation Director, David Bradstreet with the aid of exhibits. Staff stated that this was
community development block grant project 10th
year to facelift on the park in addition to
landscaping. Staff presented a list of items that
would like to have done with a rough cost estimate
for budgeting purposes.
After further discussion regarding items to be done and those wanted to be done, the committee suggested there be more input by users and that
$30,000 from 14th Year Entitlement funds be allocated to the project under appropriate agenda item.

Staff presentation given by Housing Program Administrator the City's 14th Year Entitlement selection of projects and cost estimates.
