CALL TO ORDER:
ChaTrmanyDensham re-convened the Special Meeting at
4:04 p.m.
ROLL CALL:
Present: Chairperson Densham, Commi ttee Members Hayes,
McCoy, Yikhael, Norby and Rombotis. Member
McMahon arrived at 4107 p.m.
Absent: Member Helton.
Others Present:

There were no requests to address the Housing and
Redevelopment Advisory Commi ttee.
CONTINUED:
15th YEAR COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROJECTS.
Chairman Densham stated that each Member would be polled
and asked to give the projects they prefer on a one to
five basis, with one being the lowest priority.
Mr. Densham said that 20 percent of the funds are to be
designated for Administrative costs.
The Housing and Redevelopment Advisory Committee
designated 20 percent of the block grant funds for
Admi n i strat ive costs.
The Housing and Redevelopment Advisory Committee agreed
to list the eligible projects in the priority order
voted by the Committee Members, and send the entire list
to Counci I for review.
Pedestrian Walk, 5 votes
Handicap Access, 4 votes
Street Drain, Oak and Roosevelt, 4 votes
Casa de Amparo One Bedroom for a year, 4 votes
Landscaping - Green Belt and Boys and Girls Club, 4 votes
Sidewalk - Garfield, 3 votes
Sidewalk - Lincoln 8, Chestnut, 3 votes
Sidewalk - Oak, 3 votes
Girls Club Renovate, 2 votes
Senior Case Management, 2 votes
Fire Sprinkler - Boys and Girls Club, 1 vote
Maxton Brown Extension (sewer), 1 vote
Table and Chairs, Senior Center, 1 vote
