Michael Holzmiller went over the changes that were made to the Work Program from Partners for Livable Communities. The Committee accepted the changes that were made to the Work Program. Michael Holzmiller then reviewed the Proposition D - Preserve the Flower and Strawberry Fields and Save Carlsbad Taxpayers’ Money. The Committee asked questions for clarification of certain parts of the document. The Committee made suggestions of other groups to be included on the Stakeholder List. A new list will be available at the next meeting. Prop D Citizens Liaison Committee Action Minutes Page Two After some discussion the Committee decided to hold the two Community Conversations on the following dates: November 15, 2007 will be held at the Crossings Clubhouse and December 3, 2007 at the Faraday Conference Center. The Committee discussed the Press Release/Public Notice and made some changes to the wording in the document. The Committee wanted the Press Release/Public Notice to also be translated into Spanish to be distributed. The final wording that will be published in the Press Release will be forwarded to all Committee members. The Informational document will be forwarded to all Committee members for comments to be brought back to the next meeting. The Committee decided to hold the next meeting on September 14, 2007 from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. Public Comment There were two members of the public that spoke. The meeting adjourned at 10:55 a.m.
