Meeting started at 8:06 a.m.
Sandra Holder indicated that Farrah Douglas presented the Community Conversations,
work to date, etc. at the City Council meeting on October 2, 2007.
Lewis Michaelson informed the Committee about what transpired during a conference
call with Partners for Liviable Communities.
Michael Holzmiller reviewed the Community Conversations workshop format with the
Committee.
Denise Vedder presented the informational piece of the outreach materials. There was
some discussion regarding the format and content. Denise Vedder will look at the piece
and will email the revised information to the Committee.

There were several members of the public that spoke.
