Meeting started at 9:06 a.m.
Lewis Michaelson introduced the alternates attending the meeting and asked the rest of
the Committee to introduce themselves. Lewis asked Michael Holzmiller to review the
changes that were made to the program for the Community Conversation.
Michael Holzmiller reviewed the revised Community Conversation workshop format and
indicated that the changes made were minor.
Information was given to the Committee about facilitators for the Community
Conversation and where we were with responses to the ads placed for the workshop.
The Committee discussed the public information piece and what the title should be.
After much discussion the Committee agreed that the area should be referred to as
“Cannon Road Agricultural Lands”
There was some discussion regarding the video that will be shown at the Community
Conversation and whether the Committee would be able to preview it prior to the
November 15, 2007 Community Conversation. Val would be asked if the Committee
can preview the video prior to November 15th and meetings will be scheduled for those
members who would like to preview the video.
