WATERSHED PLANNING AGENCY
MEETING
June 16, 1983
10:00 A.M.

San Luis Rey MWD
Vista Irrigation District
Mr. Turner gave the Treasurer's Report as follows:
Checking Account $ 349.92
Savings Account 3,607.40
Treasury Bill 23,000.00
$26,957.32
Mr. Turner said there are now 15 paid up members.
Mr. Turner presented one bill for payment, that was for accounting
services for April, May and June in the amount of $105.00. Mr. Taylor
moved payment of the bill and Mr. Pankey seconded. Vote was unanimous.
There was no new or old business. A brief discussion followed
concerning water spills in the area as well as Salt Lake City, Utah,
and Hoover Dam. Mr. Turner stated he hoped the abundance of water this
year would not let people be lulled to sleep and forget that we need
to plan for the future.
Next meeting was set for September 15, 1983.
