BOARD MEETING

CALL TO ORDER: Chair Glaser called the meeting to order at 2:40 p.m.
ROLL CALL: Present: Glaser, Stripe.
Absent: None,
CONSENT CALENDAR;
Motion by Board Member Stripe, seconded by Board Member Glaser to approve Item III, motion
carried unanimously.
III. Minutes of October 15, 2014.
REPORTS AND DISCUSSION ITEMS
IV. AB 1-15-16 APPROVE REIMBURSEMENT REQUESTS
Motion by Board Member Stripe, seconded by Board Member Glaser, to approve Resolution
2015-lG, motion carried unanimously.
V. NEXT MEETING
The Board agreed to hold the next meeting on April 22, 2015 at 2:00 p.m.
Ms. Gerhardt announced that the deadline for hotels joining the Golf District was May 1, 2015.

GENERAL COUNSEL COMMENT: None.
