CALL TO ORDER: Vice Chair Stripe called the meeting to order at 2:51 p.m.
ROLL CALL: Present: Samietz, Stripe.
Absent: None.
CONSENT CALENDAR:
Motion by Board Member Stripe, seconded by Board Member Samietz to file Item III, as
unapproved, due to a permanent lack of quorum. Motion carried unanimously.

REPORTS AND DISCUSSION ITEMS
IV. AB4-15-17 APPROVE REIMBURSEMENT REQUESTS
Motion by Board Member Stripe, seconded by Board Member Samietz, to approve Resolution
2015-2G, motion carried unanimously.

The Board agreed to hold the next meeting on May 21, 2015 at 2:00 p.m.
