MEETING OF: CARLSBAD GOLF LODGING BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT BOARD

Library, Carlsbad, CA 92008
I. CALL TO ORDER: Board Member Stripe called the meeting to order at 2:46 p.m.
II. ROLL CALL: Present: Samietz, Stripe.
Absent: None.
CONSENT ITEMS:
III. APPROVE MINUTES OF APRIL 22, 2015
Motion by Board Member Stripe, seconded by Board Member Samietz to approve the minutes.
Motion carried unanimously.
REPORTS AND DISCUSSION ITEMS:
IV. STAFF REPORT
1) Financial Update
Ms. Gerhardt reviewed the annual report (copy on file in the Office ofthe City Clerk) and noted
there are no new hotels in the district this fiscal year. Staff recommends approval ofthe report
and it will go to the City Council for approval at the June 9, 2015 meeting.
V. AB 05-15-18 ADOPTION OF 2015-16 ANNUAL REPORT
Motion by Board Member Stripe, seconded by Board Member Samietz to approve the annual
report and send it on to the City Council for final approval.
VI. AB 05-15-19 ELECTION OF OFFICERS
Chair Stripe will continue to serve as Chair, all in favor, none opposed. Board Member Samietz
will serve as Vice-Chair, all in favor, none opposed.

By proper motion the CGLBID board meeting held May 21, 2015 was adjourned at 2:53 p.m.
