I. CALL TO ORDER: Board Member Stripe called the meeting to order at 3:02 p:m.

III. Minutes of the August 11, 2015 meeting
Motion by Board Member Stripe, seconded by Board Member Ulrich to approve the August 11,
2015 minutes. Motion carried unanimously.
REPORTS AND DISCUSSION ITEMS
IV. AB 10-15-21 APPROVE REIMBURSEMENT REQUESTS
Motion by Board Member Ulrich, seconded by Board Member Stripe, to approve Resolution
2015-6G. Motion carried unanimously.
V. NEXT MEETING
The Board agreed to hold the next meeting on January 27, 2016 at 3:00 p.m.
