CALL TO ORDER:Vice Chair Stripe called the meeting to order at 2:40 p.m.
ROLL CALL:Present:Samietz, Stripe.
Absent:Onizuka.
CONSENT CALENDAR:
III.Minutes of the January 27, 2015 meeting
Motion by Board Member Samietz,seconded by Board Member Stripe to continue Item III.
Motion carried with Board Member Onizuka absent.
IV.Minutes of the April 20, 2016 meeting
Motion by Board Member Samietz,seconded by Board Member Stripe to approve Item IV.
Motion carried with Board Member Onizuka absent.
REPORTS AND DISCUSSION ITEMS
V. AB 05-16-24 Adoption of 2016-17 Annual Report
To adopt resolution 2016-3G adopting the CGLBID Annual Report and Budget.
Motion by Board Member Samietz, seconded by Board Member Stripe, to approve Resolution
2016-3G.Motion carried with Board Member Onizuka absent.
VI. AB 05-16-25 Approve Reimbursement Requests
To adopt Resolution 2016-4G approving reimbursement requests.
Motion by Board Member Samietz, seconded by Board Member Stripe, to approve Resolution
2016-4G.Motion carried with Board Member Onizuka absent.
VII. AB 05-16-26 Election of Officers
To adopt resolution 2016-5G electing new Board Vice-Chair.
Motion by Board Member Tim,seconded by Board Member Samietz, to approve Resolution
2016-5G and elect Board Member Ulrich Samietz as Vice-Chair.Motion carried with Board
Member Onizuka absent.
VIII. NEXT MEETING
The Board agreed to hold the next meeting on July 27, 2016 at 2:30 p.m.
