Chairperson Stripe called the meeting to order at 2:00 p.m.

(C) Ill. APPROVE MINUTES OF MAY 81 2019
Motion by Board Member Gray, seconded by Board Member Rauch, to approve the minutes of
the May 8, 2019 meeting of the CGLBID Board of Directors. Motion carried 4-0 with Board
Member Hughes absent.
REPORTS AND DISCUSSION ITEMS:
AB 7-19-46 APPROVE REIMBURSEMENT REQUESTS
Motion by Board Member Rauch, seconded by Board Member Gray, to adopt Resolution 2019-
44G. Motion carried 4-0.
Motion by Board Member Gray, seconded by Board Member Stull, to adopt Resolution 2019-
45G. Motion carried 3-0 with Board Member Rauch abstaining.
Motion by Board Member Stull, seconded by Board Member Rauch, to adopt Resolution 2019-
46G. Motion carried 3-0 with Board Member Gray abstaining.
Motion by Board Member Rauch, seconded by Board Member Stull, to adopt Resolution 2019-
47G. Motion carried 3-0 with Board Member Stripe abstaining.
V. NEXT MEETING
The Board agreed to hold the next meeting October 23, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. Agenda topics to
include:
1. Approve reimbursement requests.
