CALL TO ORDER: Chairperson Stripe called the Regular Meeting to order at 2:03 p.m.
ROLL CALL: Chairperson Stripe, Board Members Hughes, Rauch, Stull; Gray (late)
CONSENT CALENDAR:
(C) III. APPROVE MINUTES OF April 8, 2020
Motion by Board Member Rauch, seconded by Board Member Stull to approve the minutes of the April 8,
2020 meeting as presented. Motion carried 4-0-1 with Board Member Gray absent.
REPORTS AND DISCUSSION ITEMS:
I. AB 5-20-51 ADOPT 20201-21 ANNUAL REPORT
Motion by Board Member Hughes, seconded Board Member Rauch to adopt resolution approving fiscal
year 2020-21 CGLBID Annual Report and Budget. Motion carried 5-0.
II. NEXT MEETING
Set date for next meeting July 8, 2020 2 p.m. before CTBID meeting
