CALL TO ORDER: Chairperson Stripe called the Regular Meeting to order at 2:01 p.m.
ROLL CALL: Chairperson Stripe, Board Members Hughes, Rauch, Stull; Gray
CONSENT CALENDAR:
(C) Ill. APPROVE MINUTES OF May 6, 2020
Motion by Board Member Rauch, seconded by Board Member Stull to approve the minutes of the May 6,
2020 meeting as presented. Motion carried 5-0.
REPORTS AND DISCUSSION ITEMS:
I. AB 7-20-52 Approve Reimbursement Requests
a. Carlsbad by the Sea — Motion by Board Member Stull, second by Board Member Gray to approve
reimbursement for Carlsbad by the Sea. Motion carried 4-0-1 with Rauch abstained.
b. La Costa Resort & Spa — Motion by Board Member Rauch, second by Board Member Gray to
approve reimbursement for La Costa Resort & Spa. Motion carried 4-0-1 with Hughes abstained.
c. Park Hyatt — Motion by Board Member Hughes, second by Board Member Rauch to approve
reimbursement for Park Hyatt. Motion carried 4-0-1 with Gray abstained.

Set date for next meeting October 14, 2020 2 p.m. before CTBID meeting
