Meeting of: CARLSBAD REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY

The meeting was called to order by the Chairman at 9:30 P.M.
ROLL CALL:
APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
Minutes of the regular meeting held July 6, 1976 were approved as presented.
REPORT - REDEVELOPMENT PROJECTS.
Chairman Frazee reported on redevelopment projects
he had toured, i.e. Santa Cruz, Monterey and Eureka. He noted that some of the agencies had not sold bonds
for development of the projects, but had used the
tax increment.
After observing some of these projects it was the Chairman's feeling that the City of Carlsbad should move ahead with its redevelopment project.
By proper motion the City Manager was directed to
report to the Directors on the next agenda the status
of the Redevelopment Agency.
