RESOLDTION ACCEPTING THE CITY COUNCIL'S ALLOCATION The Redevelopment Coordinator gave an introduction Following brief discussion, Agency adopted the 'following Resolution: -* . of the matter. RESOLUTION NO. 4 OF THE CARLSBAD .. . .REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY ACCEPTING THE CITY COUNCIL'S ALLOCATION OF FUNDS FOR REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OPERATION FISCAL YEAR.1977-78. 2. AGENCY DOCKET NO. RA-IOI - ANNUAL A~TIVITY REPORT. . The executive director's annual report was briefly presented. Director Skotnicki requested that he be provided with a breakdown of the total expenditures to date. The r-eport was accepted and Agency directed that it be transmitted to the State Department of Housing and Community Development. 3. . AGENCY DOCKET NO. RA-102 - REAL ESTATE AQUISITIOM AND RELOCATION POLICY. The Redevelopment Coordinator gave a brief introduc- tion to this item indicating that it had been referred by the City Council and that the guidelines were identical to those adopted by the Council. Following brief comments, Agency adopted the fol 1 owi ng Resol uti on: - RESOLUTION NO. 5 OF THE CARLSBAD REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY, ADOPTING REAL ESTATE ACQUISITION AlJD RELOCATION OF POLICIES PURSUANT TO THE REQUIREMENTS OF TITLE 1, DIVISION 7, CHAPTER 16 OF THE CALIFORNIA GOVERNMENT CODE.
