APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
Minutes of the September 19, 1973 meeting were approved as presented.
The Minutes of the September 26, 1978 meeting were approved as corrected.
NEW BUSINESS:
1. AGENCY DOCKET #lo6 - REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
SPECIXL COUNSEL.
The Redevelopment Coordinator gave a brief introduc-
tion of the matter, indicating it was a companion
item to item No. 8 of the City Council Agenda of
January 16, 1979.
Following discussion, Agency adopted the following Resolution:
RESOLUTION NO. 6 OF THE CARLSBAD REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY, AUTHORIZING THE RETENTION OF THE FIRM OF STRADLING, YOCCA, CARLSON AND RAUTH, ATTORNEYS AT LAW, AS AGENCY SPECIAL COUNSEL.
