2020 meeting as presented. Motion carried 6-0

i.Authorize Mark Rudyk to renegotiate and extend the contracts as appropriate with new event
dates for the following:
*Kia Classic from $45k to $30k (not to exceed)*Carlsbad 5000 from $10k to $5k (not to exceed)
Motion by Board Member Rauch, second by Board Member Chapin.
Motion carried 6-0.
