McPherson, addressing Cmn. Hughes, stated a few! : days ago you held a meeting with the Department Heads i i and informed them that no one would be fired. i Cmn. Hughes stated Cmn. Applicant: David Baird. Letter from James W. Brattod, i et al, was reviewed again, wherein the adjoining property: : owners requested the Council to deny the reclassification,! i due to the fact they had not been aware of the proposed : : zone change at the time of the hearing. I I ! MR. KEN EBMGHT, 4444 Highland Drive, stated he was! i representing the property owners who signed the petition. I i The reason there was no opposition at the time of the i i hearing was due to the fact these owners were not aware ; ; of the proposed zone change. If nothing else he hopes i : that this points out the danger of just publishing notice ; i instead of notifying by mail. In most cases there is a I : buffer zone establisned in this area and no sewers as yet.: ; this matter should be held in abeyance. ! I I I I I I. We seemed t 24 accomplished the ten items that were given to me, and e 25 don't think I have to dwell any further that I have ne Z6 received anymore criticism from the Council, and I say I I - 1 the City Council, because this is the body that I am 0 2 I have received criticism - individual Cou 3 directly responsible to. 4 5 contact me, passing on information or complaints fron also that during the last four years, I have administ 6 citizens for which we have taken remedial action.
