MEmNG OF: CITY COUNCIL (Special Meeting)

CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Lewis called the Meeting to order at 301 p.m.
ROLL CALL was taken by the City Clerk, as follows:
Present: Council Members Finnila, Nygaard, Kulchin, Mayor Pro Tem Stanton and Mayor
Lewis.
Absent: None.
CLOSED SESSION:
74 1. CLOSED SESSION - EMPLOYER-EMPLOYEE RELATIONS/NEGOTIATIONS.
Council adjourned to a Closed Session at 5:Ol p.m., to discuss employer-employee relations and
negotiations pursuant to Government Code Section 54957.6.
Council re-convened at 6:09 p.m., with all Members present and Mayor Lewis announced that
Council had instructed staff.
