CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Lewis called the Meeting to order at 5:34 p.m.
ROLL CALL was taken by the City Clerk, as follows:
Present: Council Members Hall, Kulchin, Nygaard, Mayor Pro Tem Finnila, Mayor Lewis
PUBLIC COMMENT ON AGENDA ITEMS: None.
CLOSED SESSION:
Council adjourned to Closed Session at 5:34 p.m., to discuss the following:
1. CLOSED SESSION - THREATENED PENDING LITIGATION.
The Ramos v. Citv of Carlsbad, threatened pending litigation, WCAB Case No. SDP 228712 and claims,
pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.(a).
Council reconvened at 5:58 p.m. with all Council Members present. Mayor Lewis announced that Council had
heard the information and instructed staff and the Attorney regarding the item.
