The following Commissioners were present:

APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
Minutes of the Regular Meeting held December 20, 1983, were approved as presented.

Chris Salomne, Comunity Redevelopment Manager, gave
the staff reprt as contained in the Agenda Bill.
Comissioner Casler apened the public hearing at 8:32 p.m. and issued the invitation to speak.
Mr. Rob Ladwig, Rick Engineering, addresssed the Connnission stating the applicant was in agreement with staff and the project will be breaking ground within two weeks.
Since no me else wished to speak on this matter, the public hearing was closed at 8:33 p.m.

The following changes were requested by staff in Exhibit
11 z 11 :
Item a -- include the phrase "except for the mager. 'I
Item c -- eliminate this Item.
The Commission adopted the following Resolution:
RESOLUTION NO. 034, APPFOVING AN AMENDMENT TO OITION
NO. 13 OF REDEVELOPMENT PERMIT, W-CUP 82-3, ADDING AN
AGE RESTRICTION TO A SENIOR CITIZEN HOUSING PROJECT
LOCATED AT THE NORTHEAST CXlRNER OF JEFFERSON STREET AND
OAK AVENUE, AS AMENDED BY STAFF.
