The Meeting was mnvened at 7:24 p.m.
The following Commissioners were present:
Comissioners Casler, Lewis, Kulchin, Chick and
Prescott.
Absent: None.
APPIiovAL OF MINUTES:
Minutes of the Regular Meeting held January 17, 1984, Casler Lewis were approved as presented.

PUBLIC HEARING:
3. AB #27 Rp 83-16 KAMAR CONSTRUCTION
Chris Salomone, Cornunity Redevelopment Manager, gave the staff report on this item as mntained in the
Agenda Bill, using a wall exhibit and two wall maps to
show the proposed project.
Comnissioner Casler opened the public hearing at 7:28 p.m. and issued the invitation to speak.
Mr. Jerry Rombotis, 1730 Calavo, addressed the Comission, stating he agreed with the staff
recommendation and was available for any questions.
Since no one else wished to speak on this item, the
public hearing was closed at 7:29 p.m.
The Comission adopted the following Resolution: Casler X

The Comission accepted the Deed of Trust and Casler X Promissory Note from Jefferson House as mnditioned in Lewis X
the Senior Housing Ordinance. Kulchin X Chick X Prescott xx
