Chris Salomne, Comnity Redevelopment Manager, gave the staff report as mntained in the Agenda Bill, using one wall chart to show the location of the existing
building to be removed and the proposed building, and another wall chart showing the exterior color of the
proposed building. He added there will be landscaping
along Tyler Street to discourage pedestrian activity on that side of the street; additional off-street parking will be provided and the drainage problems are being addressed.
Comissioner Casler commented that landscaping on the railroad side of the project would be helpful for
passengers on the trains.

Comnissioner Casler opened the public hearing at 6~21 p.m. and issued the invitation to speak. Since no one wished to speak on this item, the public hearing was closed.
