The Meeting was mnvened at 7:54 p.m.
The following Conmissioners were present:
Cormnissioners Casler, Lewis, Hulchin, Chick and
Pettine.
Absent: None.
APPROVAL, OF MlSWIES:
Minutes of the Meeting held October 2, 1984, were
approved as presented.
PUBLIC HEARINGS:
1. AB #37 - RJ? 84-9 - BESAW.
Chris Salomne, Comunity Redevelopment Manager, gave the staff reprt as contained in the Agenda Bill, using a transparency to show the site. Wall charts were used to shaw the parking level planned and the elevations.
Mr. Salomne stated this project meets all standards.
He added that originally the project was two parking
spaces short, but the project had been reworked and now all parking is on-site.
In answer to query as to whether this quadrant was
being over-built, Mr. Salomne answered staff did not
believe so. He added that in the near future he muld
be addresssing the land use issue in the redevelopment area.
Comnissioner Casler opened the public hearing at 8:OS
p.m.
Mr. Jack McKeawn, 1 5 15 Morena Boulevard, San Diego,
representing the mer, gave a history of the project
and and changes made, including the increased square
footage of the building.
Since m one else wished to speak on this item, the
public hearing was closed at 8:08 p.m.
The Corrsnission adopted the following Resolution:

STREET AND GRAND AFENUE.
