3. AI3 #38 - REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS - M? FEASIBILITY
STUDY.
Chris Salomne, Comunity Redevelopment Manager, gave the staff report as oontained in the Agenda Bill, explaining the purpose of the study.

In response to Comnission queries, Mr. Salomone
responded that staff muld continue to review projects during the study and be deliberate in the analysis. He noted that the funds for the study would be a loan to
the Redevelopment Agency, hich muld be repaid.
Cdssioner Casler stated she would not like to see an
expansion of the redevelopment plan, since the area is already defined. She noted if any Chanues were made, the entire plan muld be opened and new restrictions and regulations would apply. She indicated she would consider another redevelopment area, but not a Change to the existing area.
Codssioner Chick oomnted on the mst of the study,
and Mr. Salomne explained that the mst was standard for this type of study.

The Comnission authorized staff to solicit proposals for a market feasibility study for the Redevelopment
Area.

The Corranission adopted the following Resolution:
RESOLUTION NO. 45, AUTHORIZING MECUTION OF SECTION 8
HOUSING ASSI=ANa PAYMENTS PROGRAM REVISED PlASTER
SECTION 8 ANNUAL CONTRIBUTIONS CONTRACT NO. SF535-(E)
INCLUDING PROJECT NUMBERS CA16-E077-007 AND PFOVJDING
FOR THE DEPOSIT OF M3NIES PURSUANT TO A GENERAL DEPOSITOF?Y AG3EEMENT.
