The Meeting was convened at 6:30 p.m.
The following Commissioners were present:
Commissioners Lewis, Kulchin, Pettine, Mamaux and
Larson.
Absent: None.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
Minutes of the Regular Meeting held April 19, 1988, Lewis

PUBLIC HEARING:
1. AB #IO0 RP 87-12 - 3EFFERSON BUILDING.
Chris Salomone, Housing and Redevelopment Director, gave
the staff report as contained in the Agenda Bill, using
a transparency to show the site and wall charts showing
the landscaping and a drawing of the proposed building.
Chairman Lewis opened the Public Hearing at 8:35 p.m.,
and issued the invitation to speak. Since no one
wished to speak on this matter, the Public Hearing was
closed.
Housing and Redevelopment Commission adopted the Lewis X

RESOLUTION NO. 106, APPROVING A MAJOR REDEVELOPMENT Mamaux X

FOR A REDEVELOPMENT PERMIT ESTABLISHING AN OFFICE
