The Meeting was convened at 7:28 p.m.
The following Commissioners were present:
Commissioners Lewis, Kulchin, Pettine, Mamaux and
Larson.
Absent: None.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
Minutes of the Regular Meeting held August 16, 1988, X Lewis

PUBLIC HEARING:
AB #I 13 - RP 88-2 LANDRETH.
Chris Salomone, Director of Housing and Redevelopment,
gave the staff report as contained in the Agenda Bill,
using a transparency to show the site and drawings
showing the project.
Chairman Lewis opened the Public Hearing at 7:35 p.m.,
and issued the invitation to speak.
Bill Booth, Architect, 2979 State Street, stated the
applicant had worked with staff and incorporated all
their recommendations. He stated they were very
sensitive to the vlsibility of the parking and would
use a berm and landscaping to screen the parking from
the street.
Since no one else wished to speak on this matter, the
Public Hearing was closed at 7 :38 p.m.
Housing and Redevelopment Commission adopted the Lewis X

RESOLUTION NO. 117, APPROVING A REDEVELOPMENT PERMIT TO Mamaux X
CONSTRUCT AND OCCUPY A 4,500 SQUARE FOOT GENERAL OFFICE: Larson X
BUILDING ON A 10,203 sQUARE FOOT LOT AT 715 ARBUCKLE
PLACE.
RESOLUTION NO. 118, APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION
FOR A REDEVELOPMENT PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT A 4,500 SQUARE
SUBTERRANEAN PARKING GARAGE ON A 10?203 SQUARE FOOT LO"
AT 715 ARBUCKLE PLACE, LOCATED AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER
OF ARBUCKLE PLACE AND MADISON STREET.
