COMMISSION (Special Meeting)

Drive, Carlsbad, California
CALL TO ORDER: Chairman Hall called the meeting to order at 4:15 p.m.
ROLL CALL was taken by the Deputy City Clerk, as follows:
Present: Commission Members Hall, Kulchin, Blackburn, Douglas and Packard.
Absent: None.
CLOSED SESSION:
1. GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 54956.9(bU3).
To hold a closed session to consider initiation of litigation against the State of California.
The Commission reconvened at 5:54 p.m. with five members present. Chairman Hall
announced that the Commission directed the City Attorney to join other cities in the litigation
against the State to protect the City's redevelopment rights.
ADJOURNMENT:
By proper motion, the Special Meeting of July 12, 2011 was adjourned at 5:56 p.m.
