MEETING OF: CITY OF CARLSBAD HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT
COMMISSION
(Special Meeting)
DATE OF MEETING: January 10, 2012
TIME OF MEETING: 5:00 p.m.
PLACE OF MEETING: City Hall Conference Room 3, 1200 Carlsbad Village Drive,
Carlsbad
CALL TO ORDER: Chair Hall called the Meeting to order at 5:00 p.m.
ROLL CALL was taken by the Deputy City Clerk, as follows:
Present: Hall, Kulchin, Blackburn, Douglas and Packard.
Absent: None.
CLOSED SESSION:
Commission adjourned into Closed Session at 5:02 p.m. pursuant to the following:
1. GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 54956.9(b)(3). To hold a closed session to discuss
pending litigation against the State of California.
The Commission reconvened at 5:35 p.m. with five members present. Chair Hall announced that
the Commission heard the matter and instructed General Counsel and staff on the matter.
ADJOURNMENT:
By proper motion, the Special Meeting of January 10, 2012, was adjourned at 5:36 p.m.
