SPECIAL MEETING OF: CITY OF CARLSBAD HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT
COMMISSION (Special Meeting)
DATE OF MEETING: January 24, 2012

CALL TO ORDER: Chair Hall called the Meeting to order at 6:35 p.m.
ROLL CALL was taken by the City Cleric as follows:
Present: Commission Members Hall, Kulchin, Blackburn, Douglas and Packard.
Absent: None.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
On a motion by Vice Chair Kulchin, the Minutes ofthe following meeting were unanimously approved as
presented:
Minutes of the Special Meeting held January 10, 2012.
Minutes ofthe Joint Special Meeflngs held January 10, 2012.
CONSENT CALENDAR:
ACTION: On a motion by Vice Chair Kulchin, Commission affirmed the action
of the Consent Calendar, Item #9.
AYES: Hall, Kulchin, Blackburn, Douglas and Packard.
NOES: None.
WAIVER OF ORDINANCE TEXT READING:
Commission waived the reading of the text of all Ordinances and Resolutions at this Meeting.
9. AB #434 - APPROVE ENFORCEABLE OBLIGATION PAYMENT SCHEDULE.
Commission adopted RESOLUTION NO. 520. approving the Enforceable Obligation Payment
Schedule for the Carisbad Redevelopment Agency for the period (retroactive) January 1, 2012
to June 30, 2012.
ADJOURNMENT:
By proper motion, the Special Meeting of January 24, 2012 was adjourned at 6:36 p.m.
