ROLL CALL: Commissioners present were Hayes, Baker
Straub, Littlefield, and Roush. Commissioners
absent were Sanchez, Fox, and Mariz. Commissioner
Straub acted as Chairman.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
The minutes of the last meeting of June 6, 1978
were approved as presented.
WRITTEN g ORAL COMMUNICATIONS:
(a) Budgets for Section 8 and 23.
Villalobos presented the proposed budget for
Section 8 fiscal year 78/79 after the presentation
discussion followed. Mrs. Villalobos then presented
the proposed budget for Section 23 fiscal year 78/79.
Discussion followed.
MOTION: Moved to pass budgets for Sections 8 and 23

to the Housing Authority for action, as reviewed by
the Housing Commission on 6/13/78.
(b) Rental Increase 945, 965, and 983 Pine.
Commissioner Littletield moved to approve the
increase as presented to the Housing Commission,
and to recommend to_ the Housing Authority to accept
the new rental increase.

Mr.C~.Kenneth Roush was present at this meeting.
Mr. Roush has been named to serve on the Housing
Commission. It is assumed Mr.Roush will replace
Mr. Straub, as Mr. Straub has not been notified.
Future Agenda Item: Commissioner Hayes would like
to have the Social Servi&es Coordinator's job
description discussed at the next meeting.
