Regular Meeting of August 11, 1994, as submitted.

INFORMATIONAL ITEM:
1. MOBILEHOME RENT CONTROL -Informational report on rent control for Mobilehome Parks within
Carlsbad.
Evan Becker, Housing and Redevelopment Director, reviewed the background and provisions of the
Mobilehome Rent Control Ordinance. Following his report, the Commissioners asked questions regarding
the Ordinance.
ADJOURNMENT:
By proper motion, the Regular meeting of September 8, 1994 was adjourned at 7:30 p.m.
