President Fry called the meeting to order at 7:30 T.N. and instructed the Secretary to call the roll, Present were :

The Zxecutive Secretary was also present.
There being no business to come before the
meeting at this time, upon motion of Director. Rogers, seconded by Director Ewald the meeting was adjourned until Monday, April 26, 1954, at 7:30 P.K at 601 Elm Avenue, Carlsbad, San 3iego County, California.
