I The Ghai-man then appointed a committee composed of Director Rogers Executive Secretary Trygg to handle the matter and work out the details of the contract, with the understanding that if it is necessary, the Board vrill meet with their joint Committee. -1- Chlori- I&. Tha.t if the District delivers water to two or more agencies, the District will have to charge *;he same water rate for like condition of service to each agency. That it can only sell water within the service area of the Carlsbad Kutual :dater Company and to its shareholders for use on lands covered by water stock.
