trict is opposing it.
Director Iiogers stated that he had talked with bk. Holmgren of the San Diego County Xater Authority, and that 26. Holmgren stated they had been too busy with engineering problems arising from the admissiox: of new Districts to the Authority to complete the work on the proposed new laterals.
