Sond 1ssu.z General Sounsel cautioned the 3irectors that in water facilities to be defrayed from proceeds of a bond issue, the District vi11 not be pemitted to repay the Sank loan from moneys received fro21 the bond issue. '3irec'i;ors' The mat'cer of Direckors Yees was discussed and Fees deferred until the next meeting. Office Director Zwald then su.,ggested- that the Chair, S-pace in (Director 'i;elly) act as a Cormittee of One to Xut ual f s work out with the Carlsbad Kuutual an agreement 0fli"jce for ofi'ice spce, telephone and stenographic services.
