Director Rogers then stated- that the arrangement had been made
with the Cerlsbad- Eutual Ya-ter Zoxrip;my and if any changes were to be nade, we v;ould- have to go back to .the Kutual to reopen the matter, He also stated that there is a strong psssibility of a l~a~~~rsuit if the shareholders feel that someone else is getting water cheaper than they are through their OT~M facilities.
Attorney S.;.rirsky then tsok the floor and asked hov much vater the District will sell to Terramar if they tie into Oceanside.

Director Zahler inquired just how far apart ?:e were on price, and. S;wirs!:y replied that the argument was just on the, first twelve acre feet per month. Terramar wants a price of $15.03 per acre Toot Tor any and all water 5ransported through the 5iu-tual lines. Swirsky then inquired whether Terramar would have to ask the Yater Authority for permission to tie into Oceanside and Directors Rogers and Fky both stated that Terra- nar would. have to ask the 3istrict to negotiate vith Cceanside.
The attorney stated that they were studying the aatter and that they had four possibil-ities:
1. Tie in at the railroad.
2. Tie into the 14 inch line. 3, Xun a line to Oceanside and tie in on the Carlsbad
