make any- detailed survey of individual districts. He then went into considerable cietail regard-ing the proposed pipeline avld +,he attitude of the City of San Diego, should the 'Yater Authority wish to assist in bailding %his pipeline. He stated that it is a complicated groblem and that we mn'c to go ahead and make our studies and 3e-k the results in, because ii' 0ceansid.e cuts dovn on us, T.;Te .:..5Il have to go ahead and get water.

Mr. Trygg inquired whether there is going to be any study of water resources, water rights, v,:ater v,seage, etc.

T.Irs. Su-tton then ir_quired. about the people in the south on the dry lands getting a free ride if the line comes in so far sou-th. Director 2ogers replied, explaining khat according
to ?<re Holngren7s figures, the south line would be much cheaper than a line further north and that as the area developed, the people to the south of Bgua Hedionda would be paying an ever increasing share of the cost.

Director Rogzrs stated- that he thought the water compar,y should take up vi-ith the ?-rater aistrict any formal conplaint, but for the routine clatters, he could see no reason why they cannot be handled by the -narties concerned, n1 ine directors agreed that the tm agencies dirsctly connected with the meter should iron the problem out.
