Board Meets: Chairman Fry called the meeting to order at

12:OO noon and directed the'secretary to read the special meeting notice dated July 26th, 1955, The Secretary then called the roll
by order of the Chairman,
Present: DiRECTORS ENALD, FRY, KELLY, ROGBRS, ZAHLER ,
Absent: NONE,
3acn Director acknowledged receipt .of notice of special meeting
July 23, 1955 prior to 1O:OO a,m. July 26, 1955. for purpose of approving minutes of special meeting of
Secretary invited attention to typographical errors in Resolution No 12 calling a special election; Moved by Rogers, seconded by Director Zahler that following corrections be made in Resolution 12 prior to its publication:
Polling Place ho 3 should be Oak Avenue instead of Oak Street .
Polling Place ?Go 5 should be Harding Street instead of Harding Avenue.

Polling Place No 8 should be Pine Avenue instead of
Pine Street.
Special Election Precinct No 11 shall consist of Carlsbad
regular Election Precinct No 11 and those portion of Leucadia 1, Leucadia 2 and Leucadia 3 which lie within the boundary of the Carlsbad Municipal
Water District.
Special Election Precinct No 12 shall consist of those portions of regular election precincts North Carlsbad, San iL;larcos, Vista 15 and Olivenhain which lie within the boundary of Carlsbad iwnicipal Water District.

The dates of publication should be July 28, 1955 and August 4, 1945.
The motion was unanimously approved, and the Chairman directed the Secretary to make the necessary corrections.
On motion by Director gwald, seconded by Director Zahler the minutes of the special meeting of Jdy 23, 1955 were approved as corrected by unanimous vote. I There being no further business to come before the meeting the meeting adjourned at 12:45 p.:n. on motion duly made and passed,
