MINUTES OP THE SPECIAL 'i~EE!l?INC OP 'i€G! BOARD OF DIRECTORS 0' THE CARLSBAD IWNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT
HELD JULY 27, 1955, AT 601 ELM AVENUE CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA AT 12:OO MOON
Chairman Fry called the meeting to order at 12:OO Noon and dir- ected the Secretary to read the special meeting notice dated July 26, 1955. On order of the Chairman, the Secretary then called the roll:
PRESENT: DIRECTORS EWALD, FRY, KELLY, ROGERS, ZAHLER
ABSENT: NO1\JE
Each Director acknowledged receipt of notice of this special meeting for the purpose of approving the minutes of the special
Resolution The Secretary invited attention to typographical #12 re errors in Resolution $12, calling for a special Election election. It was moved by Director Rogers and seconded by Director Zahler that the following corrections be made in Eesolution #12 prior to its publication:
Polling Place #3 should be Oak Avenue instead of Oak Street.
Polling Place #5 should be Harding Street instead of Harding Avenue.
Polling Place #8 should be Pine Avenue instead of Pine Street
Special Election Precinct $11 shall consist of Carlsbadrs reg- ular Election Precinct #ll and those portions OS Leucadia 1,
Leucadia 2 and Leucadia 3 which lie within the. boundary of the CarlsSad Nunicipal Water District,
Special Election Precinct #12 shall consisc of those portions of regular election precincts, North Carlsbad, San &'larcos, Vista 15, and Olibenhain, which lie within the boundary of the CarlsDad Tknicipal Water District.

The dates of publication should be July 28, 1955 and August 4, 1955.
The motion was unanimously approveri, and the Chairman directed the Secretary to make the necessary corrections,
On motion by Director Ewald, seconded by Director Zahler, the minutes of the sgecial meeting of July 23, 1955, were. unanimously approved as corrected.
There being no fu-sther business to come before the Board, the meeting adj0urne.d at 12:45 p. m. on motion duly made and passed.
