Oceanside- Upon motion of Director %a%ler, seconded- by Direct Fallbrook Rogers, it was ordered that the Board of Directors Lat eraf go on recold as being repared to borrow sufficien ( funds) funds for construction-of a pipe-line to the Ocean side-Fallbrook lateral by nexc suxner if necessary The motion was favored by Dbectors Rogers, Z&ler and Fry. Dip ector Kelly dissented.
Upon notion of Director Zwald, seconded by Director Zahler, it wa ordered that a letter be directed to the City of Oceanside in ans wer to kheir lett r of Rcmmber 15, stating tha'c we should use Calaveras Lake t$he maximum that is practicable and that we are prepared to build a line to the end of the Gceanside-Fallbrook lateral in order to take our proportionate entitlernent from that line; and suggestin2 '~h2.t a renewal- of cont-ract be executed be- fore February l, 1955, for a period of one gear, with option to renew for an additional year, and with the price for transmission to be set at $5.00 per acre foot with a minimum delivery of sixty acre feet per month. The motion was unanimously approved,
