Mr. Piercey said they would be in a position to return it at that time. r Rogers suggested that they pay the storage charges and this was also agreeable. Director Rogers mved that the CMWD lend the 400 plus acre feet of water now in storage in San Vicente Reservoir to the Bueno Colorado MWD, subject to approval of the Authority and on the following conditions: That the water be returned to CMWD by April 15, 19%. That storage and other charges in this connection should be assumed by hem Colorado MWD. That in the event that the water is not used to the CMWD at its option.
