Engineer Clayhon of the Boyle Engineering 'ompany was ddy sworn ard stated that he is project engineer of the Boyle Engineering i;onrpany (San Diego office); that he is a gral uate of the University of Colorado with a B, CE. degree (194.l) and a Master's degree from the same school (1949). He testified .that he has had approximately fifteen years of engineering experience including work with the American Bridge Ccrmlpany, et al, and 1
teaching of Hydraulic Engineering at Oregon State College, He stated that he has been associated with the Bogle Engineering Coo for over one year in charge of design an3 construction of water distribution systems. In regponse to questions w the attorney he said he is familiar with the Harding and Boyle reports (Fixhibits "Ea and "FU), He gave a brief outline of the system proposed for the Carlsbad Municipal.dater District envisioning a transmission line from the San Diego Aqueduct North of Escondido running
