I (To all Directors of the Carlsbad Muniaipal Water District, addressed individcally
to all Directors listed below.)
Dear Director:
The undersigned, as President of the Board of Erectors of the Carlsbad
Hmicipal %ter District, hereby calls a special meeting of the Board of Directors of the Carlsbad ESunicipal Water District to be held Monday, Febmry 4, 1957, at
1:OO P.M. in the CoUncil Chxber of the City Hall of the City of Carlsbad, Comty
of San Diego, State of California.
The purpose of said meeting is to pass a Resolution .(No. 49) to borrow funds in order to pay the Boyle Engineering firm as per terms of the agreement with
them.
